Use Stripe Payments

Pista connects your Company to a full Stripe Dashboard account. Stripe verifies the business, collects Stripe processing fees directly from the Company, and is responsible for the connected account's negative-balance losses.

Pista Online Payments

Pista creates Stripe Checkout payments for online bookings and supported store purchases. These payments remain connected to the Pista sale and any reservation, receipt, refund, and fiscalization workflow that applies.

Pista deducts its platform application fee from these payments. The fee is resolved when the payment attempt starts and does not change if platform pricing is edited while Checkout is open.

Card payment after a cancelled sale

If a card payment arrives after cancellation, a red notice appears on the sales list and the sale. The cancelled booking stays cancelled.

1. Open the sale and choose Refund to card.
2. If the notice stays visible, choose Check refund to check or resume the same request. Pista records the refund only when Stripe confirms success.
3. If Stripe needs customer information or reports a failed refund, check the payment in Stripe and follow the notice. Retry refund starts a new attempt only after the previous refund is confirmed failed or cancelled.

The notice disappears after a confirmed refund. If the outcome is uncertain, check it before returning money another way. Make a new booking if the customer still wants to drive.

Stripe Dashboard and Mobile App

Use the full Stripe Dashboard to view balances, payouts, customers, payments, refunds, disputes, and reports. You can also sign in to the Stripe Dashboard mobile app on iOS or Android.

Stripe's mobile app can accept and manage payments, including Tap to Pay and manual card entry where Stripe supports the device, country, account, and user role. Enable two-factor authentication and verify the operator's phone number before using mobile payment features.

Payments created directly in Stripe belong to the venue's Stripe operation. They do not create a Pista sale or reservation, do not run Pista fiscalization, and do not include Pista's application fee. Use Pista Checkout whenever the payment must confirm or fulfill something inside Pista.
